On Ramps: start CrossFit with confidence

How do I start?

On Ramps are designed to help you start CrossFit with confidence. You'll learn the fundamental movements, terminology, and training principles we use every day in our classes, ensuring you can train safely and effectively from day one.

❋ How does it work?

On Ramps are one-hour sessions, delivered one-on-one or in a small group with one of our experienced coaches. Sessions are scheduled at times that work for you and your coach.

❋ Do I need to do any On Ramps?

If you're new to CrossFit, yes. On Ramps give you the foundations you'll need to get the most out of our classes and helps our coaches understand your movement, experience, and goals before you join the wider group environment.

❋ How much does it cost?

Each session is $40.

❋ What should I wear / bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothing and supportive training shoes. Bring a water bottle and anything else you normally use for exercise.

❋ What happens after my On Ramp?

Once you've completed On Ramps, you'll have the skills and confidence to join our regular CrossFit classes. From there, you'll continue to receive expert coaching, personalised scaling options, and support from our community every step of the way.
