Classes that work for everyone
Life is busy, so we've built a timetable that makes training accessible. With morning, daytime and evening classes available, you can find a time that suits your lifestyle and stay consistent with your fitness goals. Whether you're an early riser or prefer to train after work, we've got you covered.
CrossFit
CrossFit is our main programme at Tasman Bay CrossFit. Every class is coach-led and built around three key elements:
Conditioning
Weightlifting
Gymnastics
CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or experience. Our coaches can scale and modify every workout to suit your individual ability, ensuring you train safely while continuing to make progress.
Weekday timetable:
5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm.
Saturday: 8.30am
Interested in CrossFit but not quite ready to jump straight into classes?
Our Functional Bootcamp is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit in a supportive and welcoming environment. Over six weeks you'll learn the key movements used in our CrossFit programme while training alongside others who are starting their journey too.
Every session can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels. With two experienced coaches running each class, you'll receive plenty of guidance, support and individual attention throughout the programme.
Timetable, Tuesday and Thursday, 6:35pm – 7:35pm.
6-week intakes
Bootcamp
Open Gym
Open Gym gives you the freedom to train outside of our coached classes and focus on your own goals. Whether you're building strength, practising skills, following your own programming, making up a missed workout, or fitting in some extra training, you'll have access to our fully equipped CrossFit facility.
Open Gym Hours: Open Gym is available during our scheduled class times.
Building confidence through movement.
Our Kids and Teens programme uses specialised CrossFit Youth programming designed to help young people develop fitness, coordination, confidence and healthy movement patterns in a safe and engaging environment.
Classes often include games and activities to keep sessions fun while teaching valuable movement skills. Safety is always our top priority, and every workout is adapted to suit the age and ability of the participants.
Our goal is to help young people in the Tasman region build a lifelong love of health and fitness while having plenty of fun along the way.
