CROSSFIT
CrossFit - Our Bread and Butter!
This is our main programme we run at Tasman Bay CrossFit. CrossFit is a group based exercise program where there is a coach running each designated class. CrossFit is made up of 3 components of exercise executed at high intensity. The three components are Conditioning, Weightlifting & Gymnastics!
We can’t stress this enough.. CrossFit is for EVERYONE! No matter your fitness ability. Our highly skilled coaches can adapt and modify our workouts to suit individuals needs.

FUNCTIONAL BOOTCAMP
TUESDAY & THURSDAY 6:35PM - 7:35PM
IN 6 WEEK INTAKES
Excited by the idea of CrossFit but a little nervous to jump straight in? We designed our Functional Bootcamp to show you what CrossFit is all about in a 6 week intake! You will learn all the movements we use in our mainstream CrossFit classes in this course and meet lots of other people wanting to learn the same thing at the same time!
Each aspect of the session is adjustable to cater for all levels of ability. This course is run in a ‘class’ style setting with 2 extremely knowledgeable coaches who work simultaneously so you can feel confident knowing you will always be looked after during your session.

CROSSFIT KIDS/ TEENS
TUESDAY 3:45PM - 4:25PM
Runs through School Terms
For between 6 & 13 years old. We use specialised CrossFit Youth programming for all of the classes and additionally often add games at the beginning or end of most classes to keep your kids engaged. We can’t stress enough how adaptable CrossFit is. We use specialised CrossFit Youth programming for this course to ensure safety is our main priority. We want to promote health and fitness in the Tasman Region and make sure our youth are having fun whilst learning new skills!
